Abstract

Ski goggles for a goggles wearer have a frame and a goggle lens supported by the frame. The goggle lens has a surface facing the wearer's face during normal use and has a surface facing away from the wearer's face. A frame pad is connected to the frame and is seated on the wearer's face during normal use. A retaining strap holds the ski goggles on the wearer's head during normal use. The frame has a thickness (d, d) of less than 1.5 centimeters in a perpendicular direction to the surface of the lens facing the wearer's face during normal use.
