Abstract

A three-way flap valve () includes an inlet (), a first outlet (), a second outlet (), and a valve flap (). The valve flap () can be moved between at least a first position and a second position. In the first position of the valve flap (), fluid flowing in through the inlet () is directed to the first outlet (). In the second position of the valve flap (), fluid flowing in through the inlet () is directed to the second outlet (). A surface () of the valve flap () circumscribed by an outer edge () includes at least a first surface section (A), where the surface of the valve flap () has a curvature.
