Abstract
A correspondence information storageacquires correspondence information in which an eNB, an SGW-C, and an SGW-Uare associated with each other in advance, and a connection controllerreceives a handover request from the eNBand identifies a target eNBand a source eNB. A connection changeridentifies the SGW-Cand the SGW-Uassociated with the target eNBand identifies the SGW-Cand the SGW-Uassociated with the source eNB, with reference to the correspondence information. The connection changerdetermines whether or not the SGW-Cand the SGW-Uare to be changed on the basis of the identified result, and controls change requests for at least one of the SGW-Cand the SGW-Uon the basis of a result of the determination.
