Abstract

A door lock device includes a latch mechanism which is releasably engaged with a striker and which has an operation receiving part for releasing engagement of the striker, a link movable between an unlock position where the engagement of the striker can be released and a lock position where the engagement cannot be released, and a lock plate for positioning the link into the unlock position or the lock position. A push lever, upon operation of the door handle, releases engagement of the striker by the latch mechanismvia the linkpositioned in the unlock position and the operation receiving part.
