A floor-plate side opening part (B) through which each lever part () of a traveling lever pedal () is inserted is provided on a front side of a floor plate (). A mat-side opening part (C) corresponding to the floor-plate side opening part (B) is provided on a floor mat (). A cover member () formed of a flat plate part () covering the mat-side opening part (C) and having a slit (A,B) allowing tilting of each lever part () and a cylindrical part () extending from the flat plate part () is provided on the mat-side opening part (C). An entire-circumferential lip part (D) is provided on the mat-side opening partC. An entire-circumferential stepped part () for sealing a space from the entire-circumferential lip part (D) is provided on the flat plate part ().
