Abstract
It is an object of the present invention to provide a measurement method capable of easily evaluating combined effects in a single assay system, when antithrombotic agents having different mechanisms of action are used in combination. A method for measuring thrombin generation comprising: (1) a step of adding an anticoagulant, a P2Yreceptor inhibitor, adenosine diphosphate and tissue factor to platelet rich plasma; (2) a step of adding a fluorogenic thrombin substrate and a calcium-containing solution thereto; and (3) a step of measuring fluorescence intensity.
