Abstract
A difference in configuration definition between different systems is efficiently extracted. A difference detection device () includes a configuration definition acquisition unit () and a configuration comparison unit (). The configuration definition acquisition unit () acquires, with respect to different systems, configuration definitions () each including components of a system and a reference relation between the components. The configuration comparison unit () classifies, based on the reference relation between the components in configuration definition () of each of the different systems, the components in each configuration definition () into a common component and a difference component between the different systems, and outputs a result of classification.
