Abstract
Disclosed are improved methods and structures for electrochemical sensors that may advantageously sense/detect chemical species including pollutants and/or energetics in a gaseous phase. Sensors according to the present disclosure may advantageously be fabricated using large scale microfabrication techniques and materials.
