Abstract

A housing () of a connector () includes a base () composed of a core portion () and an upper end covering () of a resin molded portion () covering an upper end surface () of the core (). Metal terminals () are embedded in the housing () penetrate through the core () and the upper end covering () in the base portion (), and tips () thereof project out of the base () from a surface () of the upper end covering portion (). First recesses () are formed between the metal terminals () on an upper end contact surface () of the core () with the upper end covering ().
