Abstract
Provided is an optical splitter circuit capable of solving a problem that stability of an optical splitting ratio is low. An optical splittersplits an input light beam. Arm waveguidesandeach have a width that decreases in a direction in which a light beam propagates and a tapered structure that propagates the light beam split by the optical splitter. Taper angles of these tapered structures differ from each other. The optical multiplexermultiplexes the light beams from the arm waveguidesandand then outputs them.
