Abstract

Method for producing a compound, rotationally symmetrical component () with internal and external teeth consisting of a blank () and a toothed body (), wherein the two parts () are designed in the form of a pot and in a first method step are inserted coaxially one inside another with interlocking, mutual support and in a second method step are interlocked together with at least one forming tool () applied against the (inner and/or outer) circumference, wherein in the second method step the circumferential surface (') of said blank () is continuously deformed in a rolling forming process in the axial direction and in the radial direction such that the circumferential surface (′) of the blank () is deformed to interlock into the tooth bases () of the teeth () of the toothed body ().
