Abstract
A vane-type, hydraulic cam shaft adjuster () having a stator () and a rotor that is rotatably mounted in relation to the stator (), wherein at least one locking bolt () is provided in order to limit the rotor in relation to the stator (), in at least one direction of rotation, when the locking bolt is brought into contact with a slot guide () of an insert part (), wherein the insert part () is secured in a component () that is secured to the stator, wherein the insert part has securing regions, between which securing regions and the component () that is secured to the stator there is frictional connection, and wherein the insert part () is formed, in terms of material and geometrics, in such a way that a deformation () causes a change in length () of the insert part (), involving the friction connection.
