Abstract

An object of the present invention is to reproduce vehicle behavioral frequencies during a vehicle test that are close to those on a road. Vehicle restraining devicesrestrain a vehicleprovided on a chassis dynamometerand are each provided with a first attachment member, a support post unit, a second attachment memberand a buffer unit. The first attachment membersare attached to right and left front end portions and rear end portions of the vehicle. The second attachment membersare attached to the support post units. The buffer unitsare provided between the first attachment membersand the second attachment members. Further, the buffer unitsare filled with air and can be compressed freely.
