Abstract
A reactor system () having a reactor, at least one cooler () connected to the reactor (), at least one pump () for circulating at least some of a liquid heat-transfer medium (), wherein the pump () is connected to the reactor () and/or the at least one cooler (), and a container () for collecting the liquid heat-transfer medium () is provided. The container () is connected to the reactor () and/or the at least one cooler () and is disposed substantially below the reactor () and/or the at least one cooler (). Also provided are exothermic reactions which are conducted in the reactor system.
