Abstract
A unidirectional service implementation method and an apparatus for transmitting media content collected by a terminal in a wireless communication system are provided. The unidirectional service implementation method includes registering with a server by transmitting a registration message, transmitting a first unidirectional service request message including information requesting a first unidirectional service, and establishing a first session based on the first unidirectional service request message.
