Provided is a display apparatus or the like based on a housing-in technique capable of improving display quality and yield. A display apparatus comprises an upper-lower substrate, a display moduleincluding a housingwith an opening, a resin memberformed on the upper-lower substratealong an entire periphery of an opening of the housing, and a front panelopposed to the display moduleacross the resin member. The housingis so placed as to be interposed between the upper-lower substrateand the front panel. A worked surfaceis located at a part of a ridge line of a boundary part of the housing. The resin memberis in contact with the entire periphery of the boundary part of the housingand hangs over the inner edge of the upper surface of the housing
