Abstract

The invention mainly relates to a method for controlling a rotating electrical machine () interacting with a motor vehicle gearbox (), characterized in that, during a phase of synchronization between two speed ratios (R-Rn) during which the rotating electrical machine () is controlled for speed and there is a change of the type of modulation with transition from modulation of the full-wave type (FW) to pulse-width modulation (PWM), said method comprises a control step with the aim of limiting the variations of an output current of an inverter during the phase of change of the type of modulation without compensation of torque variations.
