Consumed energy and cost relating to control of a carbon dioxide concentration is reduced. Each of COconcentration control systems (to) includes a measuring unit () that measures a COconcentration, a COabsorption unit () that has a COabsorption material () for absorbing COat a rate depending on the temperature thereof, and a control unit () that controls the temperature of the COabsorption material () by using exhaust heat of a power system (), so as to control a COabsorption rate of the COabsorption material ().
