Abstract

A bone clamp for attachment to a bone includes a first lever and a second lever that are connected to each other by a connection, a sliding block, and a screw. The first lever has a first lever arm and a second lever arm, and the second lever has a third lever arm and a fourth lever arm, the second ends of which are configured to contact the bone. The sliding block is slidably attached to the first lever arm, the screw is pivotably mounted in the sliding block, the first lever arm includes a threaded surface for engaging with the screw mounted in the sliding block, and the sliding block includes a sliding surface on which the third lever arm slides such that the second ends of the levers approach each other when the sliding block moves along the first lever arm.
