Abstract
An in-out motor changes a field of view of vehicle surroundings for a vehicle occupant. When a predetermined condition is satisfied before a predetermined change condition for changing the field of view is satisfied, an ECU controls the in-out motor via a mirror surface operation driver so as to change the field of view to a predetermined preparatory field.
