Abstract

[Object] To enable prompt switching of communication. [Solution] A terminal device includes a mobile communication unit configured to perform mobile communication of a mobile communication network, an acquisition unit configured to acquire information regarding one or more wireless networks for wireless communication that is different from the mobile communication, and a providing unit configured to provide the information regarding the one or more wireless networks to another terminal device that performs the wireless communication. The information regarding the one or more wireless networks is at least partial information of information provided to the terminal device by an information providing device that provides information regarding a wireless network that is different from the mobile communication network to a device that performs the mobile communication. Each of the one or more wireless networks is a wireless network for the wireless communication to which the other terminal device is connectable through an authentication procedure.
