Abstract
Disclosed is an intake joint structure capable of blocking backflow of lubricating oilat a connection position between an air inletof a turbocharger and a suction pipe. A backflow-preventive plateis integrally molded to have a cylindrical portionfitted over the air inletand a tapered portioncurved inward from an upstream end of the cylindrical portionand converged downstream to provide an open end. A downstream endof a suction pipeis molded by soft material over a predetermined range using exchange blow molding. The cylindrical portionof the backflow-preventive plateis fitted over the air inletthrough a grommet(first soft layer) and the downstream endof the suction pipeis fitted over the cylindrical portionand is banded by a hose band
