A window substrate includes a glass substrate including first and second surfaces opposite to each other, the glass substrate having a thickness of about 25 μm to about 100 μm, and a coating layer disposed on the first surface. The glass substrate includes SiO, AlOand NaO, and the mole ratio of AlO/NaO is equal to or smaller than 1.
