Abstract
The invention relates to a device for applying adhesive tape () to the cylindrical surface () of a cylindrical body (), said device comprising: at least two axially parallel securing rolls () designed to make contact with the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical body; an adhesive tape feed for feeding the adhesive tape () to the cylindrical body (); and means for rotating the cylindrical body () about its cylindrical axis.
