Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for treating spinocerebellar ataxias comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising of therapeutically effective amounts ofandto a subject in need. The pharmaceutical composition reduces productions of reactive oxygen species and inflammatory factors to suppress polyglutamine aggregation.
