Abstract
The invention relates to an arrangement () for balancing the battery cells () of a battery string, in particular the battery cells () of a battery module which has a plurality of serially connected battery cells (). The arrangement () has an inductor () for storing electric energy and switching devices () on the supply side for connecting the poles of a first battery cell () to the inductor () via a first connection point () and a second connection point (). The arrangement can be actuated by a controller such that electric energy can be transmitted from at least one first battery cell () to the inductor () and from the inductor () to at least one second battery cell (). According to the invention, the arrangement () has a third connection point () and a fourth connection point () in order to balance the charge and two switching devices () on the transfer side, wherein the inductor () is connected to the third connection point () and the fourth connection point () via the two switching devices () on the transfer side.
