Abstract

A joined bodyincludes a ceramic body, a metal member, and a joint portionthat joins the ceramic bodyand the metal membertogether. The joint portionincludes a first joint layerjoined to the ceramic bodyand a second joint layerjoined to the metal member. The first joint layeris disposed on the ceramic bodyside and contains an alloy that contains Fe and Cr as main components, and a compound having a thermal expansion coefficient of 4.0×10(/° C.) or lower is dispersed in the first joint layer. The second joint layeris disposed on the metal memberside, contains an alloy that contains Fe and Cr as main components, and has a larger thermal expansion coefficient than the first joint layer
