Abstract
A nutritional supplement composition and associated method enhances working and long term memory support in a healthy adult person, and includes aextract andextract in a ratio a:b, wherein a for theextract is between about 1.9 and 2.8 and b for theextract is between bout 0.8 and 1.1. It is formulated for oral administration such that theextract andextract together account for at least 90 wt % of a dosage unit of the nutritional supplement composition. Theextract andextract together may be present in the amount from about 320 mg to 960 mg. The dosage unit of the composition may be equal to or less than about 1,000 mg.
