Abstract
An interface device () for mounting an accessory to a host (), comprises a base () mountable on the host, a carrier () rotatably secured to the base, and a latch () having an engaged state in which the latch engages the base and resists rotation of the carrier relative to the base, and a disengaged state in which the latch permits rotation of the carrier relative to the base.
