Abstract
A device case closing structure () has a shield connector () with a work opening () and is assembled with a device case () while holding terminal fittings (). A seal cover () is assembled with the shield connector () for closing the work opening (). Stud bolts () connect the terminal fittings () with terminal blocks () in the device case (). The seal cover () includes a cover body () to be fit to the shield connector (). The cover body () includes a vent hole () and a breathable film () having waterproofness and breathability is arranged to close the vent hole (). A part of the vent hole () serves as a bolt receiving portion () for receiving a tip of the stud bolt () inside.
