Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a dispersion of acrylic polymer particles, a semi-crystalline polymer and an organic solvent. The compositions of the present invention may optionally contain at least one colorant. The invention also relates to a method for making up and/or enhancing the appearance of a keratinous substrate, in particular lashes, by applying these compositions to the keratinous substrate.
