Abstract

The invention relates to a mortar () comprising a stand () disposed on a mortar barrel (), and a base plate () for setting up the mortar (), characterized in that a device () for simulating the function of the mortar () is provided, wherein in a neutral position said device () is arranged almost completely inside the mortar barrel () and in an operating position from the mortar barrel () said device is arranged such that it protrudes from the mortar barrel () relative to the neutral position.
