Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) where Rand Rindependently of each other, are selected from 1H,1H—C-C-perfluoroalkyl and 1H,1H,2H,2H—C-C-perfluoroalkyl, except for the compound of formula (I), where Rand Rare both 1H,1H-perfluorobutyl, and to their use, especially as an n-type semiconductor.
