Abstract
The relationship between capacitance value variation and an AC voltage value of a capacitor is obtained in advance as an approximation equation or table data. The AC voltage value applied to the capacitor in the circuit is calculated. The capacitance value of the capacitor is calculated from the AC voltage value calculated in stepon the basis of the obtained relationship. The calculated capacitance value of the capacitor and the capacitance value of the capacitor set to the set value are compared. If the result of the comparison is that there is a difference between the two values, the calculated value is set as a new set value and the same processing is repeated. If there is no longer a difference between the two values, the capacitance value calculated at that time is determined to be the capacitance value in the circuit.
