Abstract

A side channel blower includes a housing () a motor () with a motor shaft that rotates about a motor axis. A first blower housing area () has a first delivery channel () with an inlet () and outlet () and is open towards a first axial side () and surrounds the motor axis. A first delivery wheel () covers the first delivery channel () and is carried at a first end area () of a motor shaft (). A second blower housing area () has a second delivery channel () with an inlet () and with an outlet () and is open towards a second axial side () and surrounds the motor axis.
