Abstract
A method is described for controlling a small cell base station in a wireless communication system having a plurality of small cell base stations controlled by a macro base station. The method includes taking, by a small cell base station, a measurement for obtaining information describing a vicinity around the small cell base station and reporting the information from the small cell base station to the macro base station.
