Abstract
Embodiments of the invention provide an array substrate, a display device and a manufacturing method of the array substrate. The array substrate comprises a substrate () and a plurality of electrostatic discharge short-circuit rings () provided on the substrate. Each of the electrostatic discharge short-circuit rings () comprises a gate electrode (), a gate insulating layer (), an active layer (), a source electrode (), a drain electrode () and a passivation layer (). Each of the electrostatic discharge short-circuit ring () further comprises a transparent conductive layer () for connecting the gate electrode () and the drain electrode (), and the transparent conductive layer () is provided below the passivation layer ().
