Abstract

A radiation detector (radiation sensor) includes a sensor element () and an amplifying transistor (), reads a current value that flows between the drain and the source based on a change in voltage of a gate electrode of the amplifying transistor (), and also includes a reset reading circuit () that includes an amplifier () and reads the current value, and the reset reading circuit () outputs an initial voltage to the gate electrode so that the current value becomes a value that is determined in advance.
