Provided is an ink containing a compound represented by general formula (1) below where Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, n represents an integer of 2 or greater, a plurality of Rmay be the same as or different from each other, X represents a hydrocarbon group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, Y represents a tertiary hydroxyl group, or a group having an ester structure, and m represents an integer of 1 or greater.
