Abstract

The present invention relates to amixed composition with improved bioavailability of saponin. Further, the present invention relates to a method for improving saponin bioavailability of a subject comprising: administering to the subject an effective amount of at least one extract selected from aextract and aextract that improves saponin bioavailability in the subject.
