Abstract
Disclosed is a downlight () comprising a mounting frame () to be mounted in the area of a ceiling mounting hole, and a light fixture () that is to be fastened to the mounting frame () and includes a luminaire head (). The light fixture () is formed by a substantially C-shaped element having a main surface () and two angled wings () on two opposite sides of the main surface (); the wings () of the light fixture () are designed in a flexible manner and in such a way as to interlock with the mounting frame ().
