Provided is an inexpensive, easy-to-assemble vehicular seat having few components. The vehicular seatA has a surface skinand a backboardto which the surface skinis attached, wherein the surface skinhas a first surface skinand a second surface skinconnected to the first surface skin, protruding membersand holesare provided as a connecting structure for connecting the backboardand the second surface skin, and the second surface skinis formed from a soft material such as an elastomer.
