Abstract

A driver circuit () is connected to a control terminal of a semiconductor switching element (). The driver circuit () includes an input circuit () connected to an input terminal (), and an output control circuit () connected to the input circuit (). A pulse signal output from the output control circuit () is input to a dead time adjustment circuit (). The dead time adjustment circuit () includes a delay circuit which can delay the rising edge and the falling edge of the pulse signal output from the output control circuit () on the basis of signals from temperature analog output circuits () and (). An output from the dead time adjustment circuit () is input to the drive circuit (). The drive circuit () outputs a drive signal to an output terminal () of the driver circuit ().
