Abstract
Provided is a resin pelletizer device capable of monitoring cavitation. A resin pelletizer device () includes a die () including a die surface () in which die holes () are formed, rotary blades () that rotate on the die surface () in the water, thereby cutting resin extruded from the die holes () in the water into a pellet form, a sensor () that detects an elastic wave generated during the rotation of the rotary blades () on the die surface (), and a determination unit () that monitors an output value of the sensor (), and determines that cavitation occurs when the output value of the sensor () becomes less than a predetermined threshold.
