Abstract
A surgical gown () includes a body-covering portion () and, optionally, sleeves (). A surgery procedure verification card () can be attached to the surgical gown (). The surgery procedure verification card (), which can be configured to be selectively detachable from the surgical gown (), is configured to facilitate a start of a surgical procedure after completion of a predetermined procedure. The surgical gown () can be color coded to indicate a barrier level or the presence of the surgery procedure verification card (). The surgical gown () can be included in a surgical pack (). The surgical pack () can include one or more surgical procedure gowns () that are not color-coded, as well as a surgical drape (). Methods of using and manufacturing the surgical gown () are also described.
