Abstract
Provided are a position determination device and the like for determining a mounting position of a sensor suitable for detecting leakage vibration of a pipe. A position determination device () includes a frequency determination unit for determining a frequency of vibration propagating through a pipe and a structure attached to the pipe and a mounting position determination unit for determining, on the basis of the determined frequency, a mounting position of a sensor for detecting vibration of the pipe.
