Abstract
Disclosed is an actuator for a link mechanism of an internal combustion mechanism, which includes: a control link (); an arm link () pivotably connected to the other end of the control link; a control shaft () to which the arm link is fixed by press-fitting; a housing body () having a support hole () formed to rotatably support therein the control shaft and an accommodation room () formed in a direction intersecting an center axis of the support hole to accommodate therein the connection site between the arm link and the control link. The housing body further has through holes formed therethrough from an outer surface of the housing body to the accommodation room in an axial direction of the control shaft such that insertion support parts (to) of a support jig () can be inserted through and removed from the respective through holes.
