Embodiments include methods for producing anplant containing in its genetic material one or more genes or transgenes and transgenicplants and plant parts produced by those methods. Embodiments also relate tovarieties, breeding varieties, plant parts, and cells derived from New GuineaSAKIMP040, methods for producing otherlines or plant parts derived from New GuineaSAKIMP040, and theplants, varieties, and their parts derived from use of those methods.
