The WWAN communication includes WWAN direct communication which is inter-terminal direct communication in conformity to a WWAN communication standard. The UE () applies the WLAN communication to a user plane while applying the WWAN direct communication to a control plane. The UE () transmits and receives a control signal through the WWAN direct communication.
