Abstract
An anode-side separatorincludes first groovesand second groovesthat are located alternately in a separator central regionopposed to a power generation regionof a MEGAby formation of a plurality of pit-and-bump stripes provided by press molding. The first groovesextend in the separator central regionon the gas surface side of the anode-side separator, while the second groovesextend in the separator central regionon the cooling surface side opposite to the as surface side. Terminal first groovesthat are first groovesextending on the outer edge portionside outside the separator central region have lower terminal-side rising height Ht than the other first groovespositioned on the separator central regionside.
